Description

The Automatic Electric Edible Oil Pouch Packing Machine 200ml fills and seals two-hundred-millilitre pouches at one thousand pouches per hour. Every part that touches oil is stainless steel - the unit lasts plus stays clean. It runs on ordinary single phase electric supply at fifty or sixty hertz and uses a Crompton motor. A gear pump measures the oil - a former folds two-hundred-and-fifty-millimetre-wide polyethylene film into a pouch, fills it then seals but also cuts it. The machine ships ready to drop into an existing food line and needs almost no pause between batches. It was designed as well as built in India for day-and-night factory use, wastes very little film or product and meets food safety rules. Operators reach every panel with a spanner - routine jobs take minutes.
