Description

The Automatic Volumetric Oil Filling Machine fills 700-800 bottles each hour. Food plants, edible oil packers and lubricant bottlers use it when they need steady, high volume output. Every part that touches product is stainless steel - the unit resists rust, cleans fast plus lasts under factory abuse. The machine measures each dose by volume, not by eye - every bottle ends with the same level and little spill. Gears but also cams drive the pistons - no air cylinders are required. The filler handles thin salad oil, thick motor oil or fragrant essential oil without change over parts. Once the conveyor feeds bottles, the machine does the rest - indexes the bottles, fills them and sends them downstream. Operators only add bulk product as well as watch the level gauge. The frame bolts to any standard line and runs on ordinary 415 V three phase power - plants keep energy use low while speed stays high. We build the unit in India to Indian rules for safety or spares availability. A single phase control box option exists for shops that lack industrial power. You order one unit - no need to buy a dozen. The same chassis accepts 200 ml, 500 ml, 1 L, 2 L, 5 L or wide mouth jars after a five minute tool-free height change.
