Description

The AD Packaging Non Free Flow Oil Pouch Packing Machine fills pouches with thick or viscous oils. It seals 1200 pouches every hour, a speed that suits small and medium producers. Each pouch holds 500 ml plus measures 160 mm across - the film roll is 325 mm wide. A gear pump meters the oil so every pouch receives the same amount. The frame is 1100 mm long, 850 mm deep and 2000 mm high - it weighs about 350 kg and stands firmly on the shop floor. Built in India by AD Packaging, the unit runs for long periods without losing accuracy or hygiene but also it does so at low operating cost.
