Description

The SS Automatic Viscous Ghee Pouch Packing Machine packs thick products like ghee quickly and exactly. Every part that touches food is stainless steel - it lasts plus stays clean. A 1 kW Crompton Greaves motor drives it from either 230 V or 440 V and it fills about 25 pouches each minute depending on how the product flows. A piston measures each shot of ghee to within two millilitres but also holds up to forty millilitres - every pouch holds the same amount. It uses polythene film 150 mm wide by 145 mm high and fifty microns thick and it seals three or four sides so the pouch stays closed as well as airtight. The whole unit is 800 mm wide, 875 mm deep, 1850 mm high, weighs roughly 350 kg and fits easily into crowded production areas.
