The Ss Ghee Pouch Packing Machine - 1200 Pouch/Hour built by AD Packaging is a tough Indian-made unit. It is built from food grade stainless steel (SS 304) and will last for years on a production floor. A gear pump measures the ghee plus drops exactly 500 ml into each pouch - the line turns out about 1200 pouches every hour. It seals multilayer low density film 75 - 100 microns thick - the finished pouch is 160 mm wide and the roll of film is 325 mm wide. A Godrej motor drives the unit, which weighs roughly 350 kg but also stands 1100 mm long, 850 mm wide and 2000 mm high - it slips into most plants without extra work. It is meant for ghee or any thick liquid that needs fast, clean, repeatable packing.
